Is there a Lamborghini Fan In the world more deserving of this unique book than you?
First introduced in the iconic era of the 1970s, the Lamborghini Countach specs are those of the first Italian wedge car, which conceptualized sharp angles and sleek lines. Designed by Marcello Gandini, this visionary blueprint was originally introduced as the design for the Lancia Stratos Zero concept Car. The first Countach prototype released in 1971, however, would eventually set the standard for the design of all supercar successors with its cutting-edge appearance. Equipped with scissor doors, a cab-forward layout and a powerful V12 engine, the Lamborghini Countach was produced until 1990. With a total production number of 2,049, the Countach remained in high demand for nearly two decades.
As the successor to what is considered the world’s first supercar—the Lamborghini Miura—the encore begged to be nothing short of sensational. When the Countach was revealed in 1971, the automotive world was once again set on its ear. Astonishing is perhaps the best word to describe the new Countach, as no one had ever seen anything like it. Remarkably, 45 years later, the car still looks like something out of the future; words that describe few, if any, other vehicles ever produced.
Its angular, origami shape was attributed to Marcello Gandini of Bertone; its various scoops, scallops, and spoilers only added to the muscular, if not menacing, design. As if the geometric lines were not enough, the Countach was fitted with scissor doors, which have since been copied time and again by tuners, designers, and purveyors of fast machinery.
The special 25th Anniversary Edition pictured on the cover of Lamborghini Coloring was announced in 1988 to celebrate a quarter century of Lamborghini automobiles. Similar to the then 5000 QV version of the Countach, the unique offering sported considerable styling revisions credited to designer Horacio Pagani. Among the notable changes included the enlargement and extension of the rear airbox intakes, OZ Racing wheels shod with Pirelli P Zero tires, a redesigned engine bay cover, new rear bumper, and myriad aerodynamic refinements which also improved engine cooling. Of course, there was also the enormous signature rear wing. It was the fastest Countach to date with 0–60 mph in 4.7 seconds and a top speed of 183 mph. The special model was offered through 1990 with just 657 examples produced fetching between 200,000 - 500,000K

R. Casimiro says, “Great Book”: “I used to be an art professor. I bought this book for a nephew and wound up keeping it myself. Pictures are really nice, has amazing cars and is very well put together. My suggestion, if you want to be someones hero, get two sets. One for yourself and one for a friend”.
